A standard delivery Australia wide of $9.95 applies on all orders below $99
Shipping costs will be added to the order total before checkout.
Orders received by 9am (EST) will be dispatched the same day. Orders are dispatched daily on weekdays (excludes public holidays)
Orders will be dispatched via Australia Post with “signature on delivery” for security reasons.
Online order processing is completed by Trade Marketing Pty Ltd, ABN 83 621 611 505.
Orders will be delivered within 3-7 business days once the order is dispatched. This is a guideline only and standard delivery times may take longer in some rural areas. If you do not receive your order within 7 business days, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your confirmation number.
Once you have placed your order, an automated confirmation email will be sent to you. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number from Australia Post after 5pm (please check your “Inbox” as well as your “Junk Mail” as it is an automated e-mail). You can track your delivery at www.auspost.com.au/track
- We can deliver to PO Boxes. To avoid delays, please ensure your delivery address is accurate.
- Someone will need to be present at your specified delivery address to accept your order. We cannot instruct the delivery driver to leave your order unattended.
- If no-one is present to accept your order, a notification card will be left for you and it will be taken to your local Post Office for you to collect. Please pickup your order within the stipulated timeframe otherwise it will be returned to us.
- If an order is un-deliverable or not collected from a post office, a re-delivery fee of $14.95 will be required for us to re-send your order.
You can get your order delivered to your workplace. Orders are packaged discreetly in plain packaging. Our company name or contents of the order are NOT visible on your package.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
All our products are checked before dispatch and packed with extra care. Please inspect your order upon receipt and advise us of any issues as we cannot replace used items.
If you receive an item that is defective, does not match the sample or our description, or it is not fit for its intended purpose, we will offer you a refund or exchange, subject to the following:
- You advise us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and picture of the faulty item so that we can email you a returns form to complete.
- The item is returned to us unused, unmarked and in its original packaging intact with the purchase receipt within 3 days of you receiving it. Electronic Cigarettes excepted**
- The delivery cost to return the item to us is at your expense. We recommend registered post as we are not responsible for returns that we do not receive.
- If we receive an item back that is damaged, has been used, shows signs of wear, not in original packaging, or packaging is damaged, we reserve the right not to replace or refund the item. We will notify you in this event, otherwise replacements will be returned to you at no additional charge.
- Once we have checked the item, refunds will be issued in the same manner that you paid for your order. Please allow up to 3-5 business days to receive your refund.
- Please choose carefully. We cannot cancel or refund an order once it has been placed.
- Unfortunately products cannot be returned due to damage caused by misuse or negligence

Tanks and Coils:
These items are considered consumables (designed to be used and thrown away after a certain amount of uses). We do not offer any warranty. A DOA (dead on arrival) policy of 36 hours upon receipt applies.
Due to health reasons, we do not re-sell e-liquids once they have left our premises. We have a strict no return policy on e-Liquids.
Warranty period is listed on the Product page. In the event of a warranty issue, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us. If the assess warranty issue to be valid (not caused by fault of the customer) we will gladly send you a replacement item and cover the delivery costs. However if no fault is found with the item, the return postage will be at the customer’s expense.
